This was sort of a self-promotional thing I did, at the behest of Clear Channel Outdoor. They had loved the Chicken Scratch billboard, and offered me four weeks of free digital board space to do with as I please. I’ve always loved blind teases, and couldn’t resist doing one of my own. The site itself was just a week-long countdown timer, nothing more, with some cryptic messages underneath if you waited long enough. The whole thing culminated in some creepy ASCII art with a few hidden links, most of which were random images of sloths, but one of which took you to departmentofpersuasion.com/slothsleuth, a pre-teaser for slothpunchclub.com.
